Instructional segments from XCZONE

People learn in several different ways.

Some learn by Watching and Imitating (Visualization is a big help too)
Some learn by Feeling It (after be told what the movements should feel like)
Some learn by Analyzing (being told exactly what move to make and when)

I find most people use a combination of the above. If you're an Analyzer and Watcher the XCZONE videos are for you. Warning some of the explanations are excruciating
